All sales on custom orders are final. No returns/exchanges for press-ons or any customized orders. Please ensure to take accurate measurements for your press-ons to get the perfect fit! Exchanges can be made for any other in-stock items, but is at the discretion of Pink Paradise. Pink Paradise reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds/exchanges at any time. Exchanges must be in original packaging, free of damage, and unused. You can submit an Exchange Request here or see our full Exchange Policy here. We are not responsible for any orders lost, stolen, or damaged by shipping company. All packages are insured. All policies are in place to protect both Pink Paradise and the consumer.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges are not accepted for press-on nails or other customized orders. Any other items may be exchanged. If the item you are requesting in exchange is no longer in stock we will refund the amount in store credit. All exchange requests must be received within 7 days from receipt of original item. Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 7-10 business days for custom orders to be fulfilled and shipped. All other items will be shipped within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Orders are shipped through USPS and Pink Paradise is not responsible for damages incurred once received by courier. Please contact your local courier for questions or concerns with missing or damaged packages. All packages are insured. Shipping payment is calculated at checkout.
